Affiliate and Corporate Membership Email Benefit
CMMA is excited to extend a special opportunity to Affiliate and Corporate Members to engage with the broader CCMA membership via email. As a member benefit, each of our Affiliate and Corporate members can choose to have one (1) exclusive email sent to CCMA Membership and one (1) spotlight in one of our weekly or monthly emails. 

  • An Exclusive Email is an email with content that is exclusively from an organization that is sent to CCMA membership on behalf of that affiliate or corporate member.

    This email would be delivered as either:

    1. Copy and graphics ready to be placed in CCMA's email builder

    2. A single graphic with content ready to be placed into CCMA's email builder

    3. HTML code ready to be placed into CCMA's email builder

  • A spotlight is a brief organizational spotlight that is included in one of our already scheduled weekly or monthly emails.

    Affiliate or Corporate members can add a graphic, brief copy, and a link that will be placed at the top of a CCMA email.

  • Exclusive Emails are a benefit to all paying, current (not for reciprocal members) Affiliate and Corporate Members.

    Spotlights are for all current Affiliate and Corporate Members.

  • Visit your CCMA member profile HERE to access the form where you can choose a date for both your exclusive email and spotlight. These slots are first come first serve and limited. You will see a link to to the form on the left navigation of your member profie.

  • All information for your email or spotlight needs to be emailed to Matt Alpaugh on the CCMA team not later then 7 working days before the email is dated to be sent.

    You will be contacted by a CCMA staff members with further details on what requirements are needed for art, graphics, or copy.

Retired or No Longer in Campus Ministry?

You can maintain your membership in CCMA at a reduced rate and be kept up to date on CCMA events and opportunities. ($140 per year; contact Michele Bonnesen bonnesen@ccmanetwork.org to begin the process of maintaining your membership)

  • All membership levels carry a one (1) year term which is renewable each year.

  • We accommodate teams of any size. Please reach out to Michele Bonnesen on our team, bonnesen@ccmanetwork.org, and she can help you with any questions.

  • We understand that sometimes roles and positions in ministry change quickly. We will gladly transfer memberships from one team member to another at any point as long as that membership is still active. However, it is not our policy to extend refunds for membership. If you have a change in your ministry that affects your membership, please feel free to reach out with any questions, and we will be happy to help.
